When you contact us. If you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided) and the content of your message. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam, which processes limited technical data to verify you are a person.
Automatically when you browse. Our hosting and, where enabled, analytics tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site you came from.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and ask that you do not send it through the contact form.

3. How we use it, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — our legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a contract.
To protect the website from spam and abuse — our legitimate interests.
To understand and improve the site using analytics — only with your consent, given via the cookie banner.

4. Cookies and analytics

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the site and respond to you, including our website hosting provider, Resend (which delivers our emails), Cloudflare (spam protection for the contact form), and our analytics provider where analytics is enabled and you have consented. These providers act on our instructions. Where any of them process data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider’s settings.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
